There are always available apartment here - they make it seem like you need to sign contract right away - you could literally get one the day before you arrive - we wanted out of the contract because the job I got with Miami came with apartment and there is No way to get out of contract so they took money and I never moved it - they didn’t try to help at all!! I was willing to pay something as I did sign but they have no flexibility in the contract- Never would recommend this place
I’ve had a great experience living here, the staff is friendly and responsive, the community is well-maintained, and it’s a comfortable, welcoming place for students!
I lived at the annex for two years and just moved out. I was very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment was nice and spacious, and was for a good price. One thing I will bring up is that often common areas are not cleaned if at least one person in a 4 bedroom apartment is staying, which can leave new tenants to clean up the common areas.
