Lived in here, September 21 still waiting on my icemaker not happy
Ask the building manager if the tenants usually renew the lease with the rent prices almost $2000 a month. Alot of empty refrigerators i have been told. And always vacancies .
One-Month Update: After reflecting on my move-out experience, I’ve decided to lower my review from 5 stars to 4 stars. Unfortunately, my move-out experience revealed what appeared to be a lack of communication between management, ownership, and the cleaning staff. Before moving out, I specifically asked whether I needed to have the apartment professionally cleaned. I was told that a basic cleaning was sufficient, so that’s exactly what I did before turning in my keys. I was also told my $250 security deposit would be returned. After moving out, I was charged a $120 cleaning fee.
