We had significant rain coming through our roof to attic to main floor ceilings. Gold star arrived quickly and were professional and helpful through the entire process. I am extremely grateful for their help.
I cannot recommend Gold Star Restoration enough! We recently dealt with a stressful wall leak in our kitchen, but their team stepped in and immediately turned the situation around. They responded quickly, carefully opened up and cleaned out the damaged areas inside our walls, and set up commercial-grade dehumidifiers to thoroughly dry everything out. What impressed me most was how meticulous they were: they carefully checked all the studs and beams to make sure there was no structural damage or hidden mold, and then treated the entire area to prevent any mold from growing in the future.
I came home to a serious water mess — soaked carpet, water creeping up the walls, the whole nightmare. I called Gold Star in a panic and they had a crew out fast. They were professional, thorough, and genuinely reassuring, extracting the water, drying everything out, and monitoring for days to make sure no mold or hidden damage was left behind.
