Good guys - they had an employee who didn't do good work so the owner personally came and helped fix the issues. The quoted us for the next phase of our project. We were good with pricing but couldn't get them to respond or come back to finish the job. We followed up a few times. Pretty weird
Frank and Franco worked hard. They were a good crew, neat. Don't count on this company to give you back the responses or paperwork or deposit quickly. I've requested NYSERDA remove them from their Particpating Contractor list. They had 2 individuals come to my house, one to ask for a 5 star review another to deliver paperwork that was dated shortly after their work was completed but not hand delivered until 3 months later. Even though I was told many times it was in the mail. This review of a "family owned business that never had less than a 5 star rating" is carefully thought out.
