edd did some good work fixing my sink good job
****I’m sad to report that things have definitely changed since living here. My roommate and I have spent essentially the entire summer without properly functioning A/C, all while paying nearly $2,000 a month in rent. Maintenance has come to the apartment several times, but what has been done feels like nothing more than patchwork. Despite this being an ongoing A/C issue, an actual HVAC technician has never stepped foot inside our apartment.
This is a very well managed community. Seth the Property Manager, is very professional, astute and knowledgeable. I find every interaction with him to be pleasant and resolution-oriented. Emmanuel was courteous and assistful as well. Carlos and the other maintenance gentleman are very professional efficient and get the job done. This is a very nice community and I am appreciative of Seth and his teams great customer service.
